Description
Vita Libera Alcohol Free Primitivo, Italy, NV
Grape: 100% Primitivo, hand picked, unoaked, sustainable farming, 65g/L residual sugar (medium sweet)
Producer Tasting Note:
A bright and alluring red hue. On the nose, it is distinguished by its intense notes of fresh red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, imparting a sense of freshness. On the palate, it is light and fluid, with a smooth passage that entices further tasting. Its youthful and carefree character makes it an ideal choice for enjoyment at any time. A non-alcoholic wine that captures the essence of the Primitivo variety in an approachable and delightful manner.
Produced from grapes cultivated in the Levaro area of the Salento peninsula, the Primitivo wine is dealcoholised using the "vacuum evaporation technique", removing the alcohol at a temperature of 20°C, thus preserving both aroma and flavour.
