Grape: A blend of 85% Merlot, 15% Alicante Bouschet (Tintorera), certified sustainable farming, 3 months of French and American oak ageing
Producer Tasting Note:
Red in colour. The nose is dominated by aromas of fresh and ripe plum and black cherry fruits, along with spices and sweet touches from the oak. The palate is fruity and fresh with soft tannins and medium acidity.
35% of the grapes were fermented as a traditional red wine and the rest through the thermo-flash wine-making technique. The wine was aged in oak barrels of different origins and toasting levels.
Food Match: Ideal to accompany pasta, chicken, white meats and pizza.
