Grapes: A blend of 38% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 27% Pinot Noir, 8g/L residual sugar (dry), made only using 100% first press wine, chalk soil, sustainable farming
Producer Tasting Note:
Raspberry red colour with salmon pink tints and delicate bubbles. Fresh nose dominated by citrus fruits, raspberry and floral notes. Aromas of blackberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry emerge after a few swirls in the glass, creating an intensely fruity sensation. Fresh and elegant palate offering a fruity sweetness over notes of almond and red berries. The finish is long and elegant.
With vineyards close to Epernay in the Marne Valley, our house rosé Champagne is produced by the excellent Beaumont des Crayères co-operative, and has 3 years' minimum ageing before release. The colour of this wine comes from a small addition of red wine (10%) made from Pinot Meunier grapes.
