Grapes: A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay.

Our house Rosé Champagne. This is a very harmonious cuvée which is well balanced with a great fineness. It has delicate floral fruit with flavours of raspberries and blackberries. A great value Rosé Champagne.

Wine maker notes: The fruit is gently pressed and settled in temperature controlled tanks. In order to stay as close to possible to the natural aromas. We vinify a part of our Pinot Noir into red wine which adds the rosé tint. We don't carry out malolactic fermentation. Wishing to let time work its magic, our cuvées are aged in our cellars for longer than required, at least 4 years.
