Berneroy VSOP a rich and full-bodied calvados. Like all the Berneroy range, it is a blend of several Calvados chosen by our Cellar Master. The VSOP is aged for a minimum of 4 years in fine French oak barrels in order to offer a fruity and floral eau-de-vie with ripe apple flavours and elegant notes of vanilla.
Colour: Dark gold with copper highlights. Nose: Like fall in a glass’ – notes of apples, vanilla and spice. Palate: Ample fruit with a hint of wood, yet still light and fresh. Round in the mouth with good length on the palate

"There's no mistaking that this is a warm and welcoming product distilled from apples—a pleasing, authentic apple aroma wafts out of the glass, along with a light floral note. Caramel and gingerbread spice coat the palate on the rounded finish, suggesting tarte tatin. Mellow and sippable, this would be outstanding in fall-accented cocktails. Even the rounded bottle shape suggests an apple."
