Bloom London Dry Gin, England
"Bloom" is so called because of its floral character. Starting with juniper, it's made using just three additional botanicals: honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile. This gin is very light and floral in taste and composition. There is an unexpected sweetness to it, but no sugars or additives have been mixed in, just the natural balance. Nose: Floral/violets. Palate: Citrus/Camomile. Finish: Spice/Black Pepper.

"The nose is mild, almost neutral, while the palate shows juniper, white flowers and anise, breezing into a gentle finish brushed with white pepper and the merest hint of grapefruit peel. Save that pretty pale-green bottle to showcase some spring flowers."
