Bourgogne Aligote

Bourgogne Aligoté is the AOC for white wine from Burgundy produced with the Aligote grape with up to 15% chardonnay added. The wines tend to be light and acidic in style, and are usually unoaked, Bourgogne Aligoté is frequently mixed together with Crème de cassis to make kir, a traditional pre-dinner drink.
