Corvina is the queen of Veronese red grapes, typical of all the wines of Valpolicella and the surrounding area.
The colour is a bright, ruby red with garnet reflections. The bouquet is cherry and black cherry fruit with a spicy vanilla note. Soft and rounded on the palate, sweet, ripe tannins and a spicy finish.
Food Match: Grilled and braised red meat will pair well with this Corvina wine.
