Producer Tasting Note:
Ruby red colour with dark and deep reflections. Reflecting its terroir, this wine has aromas of spicy red fruit, juniper, and blackberry. Complex flavours of dark fruit, black cherry, and garrigue herbs. A silky, fresh and mineral palate complemented by a touch of vanilla. The acidity is well integrated, with tannins that are slightly firm, lending a subtle dryness to the finish. Well balanced with a long finish.
Tautavel is a small region located between the Mediterranean coast and the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains between Perpignan and Limoux.
