Distilled in 2012 and bottled circa 2017 exclusively for Tokyo based department store, Mitsukoshi Isetan. One of 300 bottles. Cask strength 59% ABV.
NOSE: Grappa with plum juice, very alcoholic, young, very sweet, Chinese Haribo, honey, light raisins, white chocolate, sour cherry comes later [with water, rosemary, Earl Gray]
PALATE: Many raisins, sour cherries, beautiful tart fruit notes as a balance to sweetness, cumin, black pepper in between, pumpernickel, dates, salami, some sweet liquorice
FINISH: Earl Gray, rosemary, dark toffee, pepper, warming, medium to long
