Crafted with three botanicals: juniper, coriander & fennel seeds. Made with red winter wheat from Washington Island, Wisconsin.
Producer Tasting Note:
Nose: Clean, crisp juniper. Followed by hints of peppery coriander and a touch of sweetness from the fennel seed. Palate: Creamy texture. Juniper leads with coriander adding a touch of tanginess and there's a hint of sweetness from the fennel seed. Underlying the core botanicals are subtle spice notes of saffron and caraway. Finish: Dry and herbal with subtle aniseed.
