Producer Tasting Note:

A beautiful carmine red colour. An expressive floral aroma of rose petal and lavender, with smoky, roasted flavours (camphor), candied fruits (dark cherry & ripe plum), dried herbs, peppercorns and sweet baking spices. Luscious and opulent texture, rounded and concentrated, wrapped in silky tannins and a slight touch of wood.

Winemaking:

Located at the entrance of the Cèze Valley, and thanks to the Mistral and the Cevennes influence, the terroir brings freshness to the wines. Once harvested, each grape variety is vinified separately in dedicated vats or barrels in order to preserve its identity and typical characteristics. Respecting the natural rhythms, the influence of the moon accompanies each production stage, from the vineyard to bottling, to reveal the balance and finesse of the wine. The estate has High Environmental Value Level 3 certification and uses "Terra Vitis" sustainable practices. Claire Clavel, winemaker, supported by her father Denis, works the family's vineyards, cultivated with passion and respect for nature, producing wines that reflect all the richness of the local terroir.
