Producer Tasting Note:

Bright and expressive, this elegant ruby-hued Pinot Noir bursts with aromas of red berries, followed by layered flavours of strawberry compote, Bing cherry, pink peppercorn, and delicate hibiscus, underscored by earthy and spicy notes. The palate is rich and savoury, framed by fine-grained tannins and lifted by a vibrant line of acidity. A lingering finish reveals touches of cinnamon and clove a hallmark of Grace Benoist Ranch. Silky and refined, it’s enjoyable now or can be cellared to unveil greater complexity over time.

"Dried strawberries with spices, such as cloves and peppercorns, as well as some dried flowers. Medium to full body with a pretty core of ripe pinot, fine and linear tannins and a long, fresh finish. Needs time to open, but vibrant and attractive now."  Drink after 2023
