Producer Tasting Note:
Bright straw yellow colour and perlage of remarkable persistence. An intense aroma with fruity notes typical of Chardonnay which are a prelude to pleasant hints of bread crust and hazelnut conferred by the more than 30 months of ageing on the lees. A fresh taste with great finesse, inviting and satisfying. The long finish offers nuances of citrus and mineral sensations.

"Extra brut sparkling white wine, 100% Chardonnay, made using the traditional method and aged for at least 30 months in contact with the lees before disgorgement. Frank in aromas and flavors, it stands out for its vibrant acidity and firm, creamy texture, which envelop its white and stone fruits, accompanied by floral, herbal, yeasty, and sweet spice notes, lending fluidity and depth to the whole. It has a full and persistent finish, with saline, citrus, and dried fruit touches. Alcohol 12.5%."

Estate: Giulio Ferrari honed his craft in Champagne, before founding his eponymous winery in 1902, aiming to produce world-class sparkling wines in the Trento DOC. With no heirs, he passed it to Bruno Lunelli in 1952, whose family still run the estate today. Winemaker, Cyril Brun, from Aÿ in Champagne, joined as 'Chef de Cave' in June 2023, bringing his vast experience and a new perspective to their Trento DOC Metodo Classico sparkling wines.
