A delicate Riesling from full ripe grapes harvested late in October with rich natural fruit aromas of peach and apricot, the sweetness is balanced in harmony against the stimulating acidity. Harvested from one of the VDP-certified top vineyards Hochheim "Hölle", famous for the world's oldest documented Riesling from the year 1435. The terroir is formed from the 200 million year old chalk sediment of mussels, which gives the Riesling its typical mineral profile.
