Lovely cherry/ruby-red colour. Nice fruit intensity on the nose with berry fruit character and hints of vanilla. Soft round palate, hints of black currants, good complexity and structure whilst keeping approachable tannins, with excellent varietal character displaying this indigenous grape variety's true character. A full flavoured, easy-drinking classic of the Languedoc.
