This full bodied white wine is a soft pale straw in colour with an intensely floral nose with hints of white peach. Classic Viognier character of apricots, peaches, hints of pears and blossom. Full and rounded on the palate but with lively citrus character and a long honey like finish.
Food Match: This is a wine well-suited for dishes that may seem hard to pair, such as sweet and sour dishes. It goes quite well with stir fry or wok sautéed white meats and vegetables. Also, a good match for some cheeses such as Gouda or a young Chevre.
