Louis Eschenauer Merlot is made with fruit harvested in the South of France. An extremely deep, garnet red colour, it has expressive aromas of red berries, like cherry and raspberry, and also blackcurrant. Showing rich brambly fruit and soft, velvety, silky flavours on the palate with a lovely delicate, smooth finish.
Food Match: This wine goes particularly well with roast poultry, fried tofu or with salads and fine cheeses. Serve 15 - 17°C
