Very pale rosé colour, Aromas of fresh grapefruit, rich rhubarb, citrus and anise. Flavours of fresh citrus/grapefruit, with a rich juniper finish.
"Light pale pink color. Aromas and flavors of pink grapefruit, orange Creamsicle, and pink cotton candy with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish displaying accents of grapefruit, citrus and raspberry, strawberry sweet tart, and candied green herbs. Grapefruit forward and pretty with just a touch of green on the finish; will be good in many cocktail applications."
