Grape: 100% Muscat petits grains blanc, unoaked, hand harvested, 110g/L residual sugar 

Producer Tasting Note:

A clean golden colour, exotic fruit and white flowers on the nose. Palate is fresh with a good balance between acidity and mellowness, not too sweet, peach notes. Clean and long refreshing finish. Serve well chilled.

Critic's Tasting Note:

"It's a shame that folks don't really drink much sweet wines, because wines like Muscat de Beaumes de Venise are proper classics. This VDN (Vins Doux Naturel) is when the fermentation of Muscat à petits grains is muted via the addition of spirit, leaving the RS around 100 g/L. Pouring a glowing golden hue, this coats the medium palate with fragrant honeysuckle, ripe apricot, baked white peach, with a bright tangerine acidity to carry through a spiced finish. A lovely fragrant sweet wine to pour alongside peach or pear desserts."
