Chateau Malbat 2012 - Review in the Telegraph

From the Entre-deux-Mers, between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, this red is made almost entirely (95%) from malleable merlot (cabernet sauvignon makes up the balance) but still young so carries itself with a sprightly freshness and doesn’t sag. Relatively simple, deep-coloured and reminiscent of elderberries.
