Grapes: A blend of 54% Shiraz, 21% Grenache, 18% Mataro, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, organic & biodynamic, aged in French oak barrels

Producer Tasting Note:

Delightfully soft and mellow palate that show layers of strawberries and poached rhubarb with really gentle silky tannins. Perfumed fragrance of plum, cherries and raspberries. Easy drinking fresh style that suits the modern wine lover.

Selected batches of Shiraz and Grenache were fermented and aged separately in small French oak barrels. They were blended to achieve a fruit filled wine that is medium bodied with gentle extraction of tannins giving a velvety silky mouthfeel.

Youthful, dry, some tautness and texture as the wine touches the palate. Flavours mirror the bouquet, there’s a touch of marmite and leather adding some depth and complexity. Well made, balanced and ready to drink from 2024 through 2028."
