Grapes:  A blend of 80% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha Tinto and 5% Viura, co-fermented grape varieties, aged for 12 months in French & American oak barrels (plus 15 months' maturation in bottle)

Maroon colour. Good aromatic intensity where red fruits and liquorice stand out accompanied by balsamic nuances. The wine has a soft and elegant entry, with a good acidity that gives it freshness. Notes of ripe fruit, such as cherry and blueberries, are combined with subtle hints of spice and oak from the ageing. It has a balanced structure, with a medium body and a soft texture, ending in a long and harmonious finish.

Food Match: It pairs perfectly with red meats such as lamb or beef, especially when they are roasted or stewed with spicy sauces. Game stew dishes also complement its notes of red fruits and liquorice. In addition, this wine is a delicious accompaniment to goat's cheese or hard cheeses.
