Producer Tasting Note:

Bright, yellow colour, with greenish tones. On the nose, there are floral notes such as violets and roses. Also fruit trees such as lychee. It is very aromatic, elegant and complex. On the palate, the wine is silky and full-bodied, with a soft and fresh entry. The fruit, such as lychee, and the floral notes of roses stand out. The minerality and a saline touch give it a persistent freshness, while the dry, elegant and balanced finish makes it a very gastronomic wine, ideal to accompany a wide variety of dishes.

Estate: The story of Bodegas Pinord started more than 150 years ago, when the Tetas family began to make wines on their estate in Penedes. Today, J.J. Tetes wanted to create a special wine named after his daughter, Mireia, making it with three varieties: Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc. Fruit comes from Pinord's Mas Muntanyans estate, the Mireia vineyard plot and the Solellada.

Food Match: Try dishes such as sushi, as well as those with spices and white sauces. It is ideal to accompany tapas, appetisers, fish and seafood, as well as fresh salads. It also pairs excellently with anchovies and cheeses, especially standing out with blue cheese.
