Deep yellow in colour with golden flecks, silky and bright. Its intense aromas stand out and remind one of Muscat grapes. Its wonderful perfume of open rose petals, peach & apricot fruit, and honey captivate one's senses. The palate is very mouth-filling, silky and unctuous, but not overpowering. The fruity flavours intensify, evoking notes of orange blossom and ripe fruits such as orange and apricot, which are perfectly intertwined with a slight acidity that gives it freshness. The harmony between fruit, softness and elegance in the mouth creates a perfectly balanced whole, leaving an enveloping and pleasant sensation in the aftertaste.

Unlike other wines, this mistela (grape must) has not fermented and, when wine alcohol is added to it, its fruity character, natural sugar and inherently fresh sweetness is preserved. This traditional process gives mistela an enveloping texture and unique balance, making it an ideal choice for those looking for a dessert wine with aromatic complexity and elegant sweetness.
