The 10 year old was introduced to the distillery's core range in 1995. Due to unprecedented worldwide demand for "age statement" Japanese whiskies, Suntory was forced to discontinue it in 2015.

Yamazaki is the pioneer of single malt Japanese whisky, born in Japan's first and oldest malt distillery. Yamazaki's renowned waters and its unique misty climate of varying temperature and humidity combine to provide the ideal conditions for making whisky.
