Fresh, crisp and vibrant juniper nose. Light aromatic spice, orange blossom and a hint of cardamom. Creamy, dry with delicate green pine and subtle frangipane notes. Crisp and clean on the finish, with lingering citrus zest and eastern spices.

Curious aromas and flavours of potting soil and floral shrubs, painter’s palette and tarp, dried carrots and fruits, and spicy zucchini bread with a silky, bright, dry medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-long finish evoking accents of lemon balm and verbena, herbal honeycomb, spiced mango and papaya, and pink pepper. A very earthy gin for savoury cocktails"
