Botanicals: Juniper, grapefruit zest, cassia bark, fennel seed, orris, angelica, lavender and, locally-grown watercress.
The watercress offers a delicate sweetness and peppery sparkle to this wonderful London Dry gin. The name comes from the word the Romans used for watercress, "Nasturtium", which means twisted nose. Produced in small batch copper stills.
