Winemaker Ruth De Andres' wine is fresh and fruity with a vibrant, herbaceous touch (in fact, the word "verdejo" comes from "green"). An authentic Verdejo character that reflects our land: a continental climate with warm, sunny days and cold nights that produce fresh and intensely aromatic wines. Often blended with Sauvignon, Verdejo grapes produce wine of a similar style.
Food Match: Pair with any kind of appetisers. Vegetables, grilled asparagus or any kind of salad. Also pairs with fish and an eclectic cheese dish. We love it with Japanese food.
