Grape: Albarino, unoaked, granite soils, over 25 year old vines, manual harvest, cold macerated on skins for 24 hours, aged on fine lees for 2 months before bottling

Producer Tasting Note:

Bright, golden yellow colour. On the nose, it is harmonious and subtle between ripe fruit and vanilla notes. It is perfectly assembled, in the mouth it is a long with berries and ripe fruits, grapefruit and sour apple, fleshy marked by floral aromas that envelop the mouth giving a spicy flower (orange blossom, honeysuckle) in combination with the primary aromas of the grape itself making it perfectly balanced, fresh, persistent and elegant.

Critic's Tasting Note:

"Typical citrus, tropical fruit, citrus and white peach nose, along with vibrant acidity. Very appetising with decent length. Should improve over the next couple of years."
