Grapes: A blend of 60% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay & 15% Pinot Noir, 8g/L residual sugar, 2-4 years' ageing

Baron de Beaupre Brut is our fantastic new House Champagne produced by Maison Beaumont des Crayères.

Light golden color with delicate, sparkling bubbles. Expressive nose disclosing yellow fruits and grapefruit underpinned by notes of fresh brioche and a discreet minerality when swirling. The palate is well-balanced, fresh and lively with aromas of pear, greengages and citrus fruit. Spicy and persistent finish.

The Maison Beaumont des Crayères is located in the town of Mardeuil, in the heart of the hills of the Marne Valley. Grown on chalky soil, the vineyard is mainly planted in Meunier, a grape variety around which it has developed a real know-how. Concerned to preserve the Champagne heritage, the House has long applied the principles of reasoned and sustainable viticulture. Each generation of winemakers is committed to respecting and protecting their soil, their vines and the environment. This duty of excellence and transmission is rewarded today by the inscription of the Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne to the UNESCO World Heritage.
