Established in 1989, the wines are produced from the best parcels of fruit only. Dr Phil Spillman, Sunnycliff winemaker, aims to create superior wines that are consistent in quality and style each vintage, with an emphasis on freshness. The combination of skilled winemaking and leading edge viticulture all contribute to the quality of these contemporary Australian wines.
