A very young style Chablis jam packed with fresh, green apples and hints of citrus. A firm, refreshing mineral backbone runs through the palate and on to a satisfyingly long finish.

The nose, well-characterized and refined, reveals aromas of lemon, peach, apple, and white flowers, punctuated by chalky, iodine, and smoky notes. On the palate, the attack is ample and fresh, with good volume and a certain tension that allows the fruity aromas to be reproduced.
