Producer Tasting Note:
This dry white wine is very pale with green overtones. The aroma is understated, more mineral than fruity, and on the palate the wine is vinous but scored with crisp acidity. A good balance between fruit and acidity, with good length and very elegant, a fine example of well-made Chablis.
Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard is a private vineyard wholly owned by the Brocard family. Domaine Brocard offers wines grown in a unique terroir, the Kimmeridgian, with alternate soil layers of limestone and clay. It is located in northern Burgundy, on the border of Champagne.
