A well-balanced, traditional VSOP aged several years in oak, it shows inviting aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla, and gentle spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, with notes of baked apple, caramel, and light oak leading to a warm, elegant finish. Approachable yet expressive, it offers the classic Armagnac character.

Armagnacs are classified according to the age of the youngest eau-de-vie in the blend. Château de Cassaigne Armagnac is an AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée).VSOP : 6 to 10 years

Estate: A property of just under thirty hectares located a few kilometers from Condom, the estate's vineyard takes root on a plateau of exposed limestone. Situated on the heights of the village of Cassaigne, this terroir reveals a unique character, perfect for crafting exceptional wines and fine Armagnacs.In the heart of the Ténarèze , the Domaine de Cassaigne produces refined, powerful Armagnacs , matured slowly in casks. These are crafted on the château's coolest terroir, where the Ugni Blanc and Colombard grape varieties yield wines with a beautiful acidity. In the winter following the harvest, these wines are distilled in the traditional Armagnac still.
