Grapes: A blend of 65% Syrah, 20% Carignan, and 15% Grenache, limestone/clay soil, unoaked
Producer Tasting Note:
A ripe nose of baked and dried fruits. Rich, supple, and medium-bodied red wine with flavours of sweet blackberry, prune, fig, eucalyptus, liquorice spice, and Mediterranean herbs (garrigue), particularly tarragon.
Critic's Tasting Note:
"A generous, fruit-driven and dense red showing notes of dark berries, herbs, grilled meat and baking spices. Medium-bodied with plush tannins. There is a peppery lift at the center, bringing plenty of energy to the rich core of berries and sweet spices. Drink now."
89/100 points, James Suckling, June 2024
Also awarded GOLD, Lyon International Wine Competition, 2025
Food Match: Lamb dishes, slow-cooked stews, cassoulet, roasted vegetables, hard cheeses
