Chichibu Hanyu Ichiro's Malt "The Final Vintage Of Hanyu" 15 Year Old [Bottle #2394/3710], Single Malt Whisky, Japan, 70cl

The last vintage of the, now closed, original Hanyu distillery was in 2000 and this whisky was bottled 15 years' later for the Ichiro's Malt range at Chichibu. Bottle #2394 of only 3710 bottles produced. It is a blend of whiskies aged in cognac casks, puncheons, bourbon casks, hogsheads and port pipes

Upon exploring this whisky, you'll find harmonious flavours playing on your palate. Delight in the fruity notes of orange, apple, and melon that dance among warm toast and sturdy oak. The experience is rounded off with a silky buttery sensation and a light sweetness.
