Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, hand harvested, cold soak on skins for 24 hours before tank fermentation, unoaked
A tropical style with extended lees contact giving length and complexity. The wine is full and dry with well-balanced acid. It has tropical fruit, flintiness and hints of asparagus and figs on the nose that all follow through to the palate.

The Clos Malverne wine farm was established by owner Seymour Pritchard in 1969 with the first commercial wine (a Cabernet) released in 1988.
