Producer Tasting Note:

BEGINNING: The maturity of late stone fruits, drawn from the Borderies, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne regions, unveil a unique complexity. MIDDLE: Fins Bois allows for soft, summer jasmine and blossoming roses to take the lead in this blend.

FINISH: Aged up to twelve years in our own proprietary barrels, VSOP’s ageing techniques provide hints of gingerbread and vanilla, deepening to dried apricot and peach, with a silky finish.
