This wine has a brilliant, salmon-pink colour, and a persistent bead of refined and abundant bubbles. Aromas of red and black berries, wild strawberries, red currants, discreet roasted notes, brioche, thyme & tarragon. The palate is fresh and harmonious through to the end with more delicate red fruits and aromatic herbs
