Grape: 100% Pinot Noir with 6 months in second use French oak barrels, certified sustainable farming

Made with Pinot Noir grapes grown in the prestigious coastal valley of Leyda. They are harvested at their optimum maturity, preserving all their freshness and unique characteristics of this variety. Ruby red, bright colour; on the nose it is fragrant and complex, with notes of blackberries, raspberries, cedar, black pepper and vanilla. On the palate, it is juicy and soft with elegant tannins

In the Leyda Valley, with its cooling ocean breezes, the Pinot Noir grapes ripen slowly. They develop intense berry fruit characteristics whilst retaining all their natural freshness. The resulting wine was aged in French oak barriques to considerably increase its complexity and texture. Deliciously supple, with ripe, smoky fruit flavours balanced by refreshing acidity.  

Food Match: This grape variety will enhance the flavour of whole grains, all kinds of mushrooms and herbs, and sushi. In broader terms, this is a wine that will make any white meat look good, as well as soups, stews and flavourful fish dishes. With cheeses, it’s good next to dry and tough ones like Edam.
