Grape: 100% Chardonnay from Trentino, hand picked grapes, "Metodo Classico" production method, aged for 20 months in bottle on the yeast lees.

A fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples, white flowers and a delicate scent of yeast, deriving from 20 months’ ageing in bottle. The wine has an harmonious and well-balanced palate, with a faint suggestion of ripe fruit and attractive hints of crusty bread.
