A dry, natural spirit made by distilling the fermented juice of raspberries grown on the slopes of the Vosges mountains. Fruity, but dry and at its best when served ice cold.
Result of the distillation of garden raspberries, it has a very fine taste. All the freshness of the fruit on the nose and palate. Served in a balloon glass, well shaken, this raspberry brandy has a heady scent and a particularly intense aroma. A great digestive.
