Producer Tasting Note:
This dry Grüner has a pale straw-yellow colour, an aroma of pepper and fresh apples accompanied by spicy-peppermint notes. On the palate, it's medium bodied, refreshing, delicately spiced and has a long finish.
Estate: Domäne Baumgartner has been producing wine for 300 years and is Austria's largest winery. In 1968 the property consisted of only 3ha of vines, today, it's 200ha! The latest member of the family to join the business is Katharina, as a winemaker with her own, named, range of wines.
