Grape: 100% Pinot Noir sourced from a single parcel (La Côte à Bras) in the premier cru village of Cumières. 

Producer Tasting Note:

The nose opens with tangy, delicate notes of freshly squeezed citrus fruits, grapefruit and mandarin. The palate is vinous with plenty of attack and pronounced mineral notes. Long, harmonious finish dominated by zesty, lemon freshness.

Separate, small lot, fermentation followed by ageing in bottle on its lees for 7 years. Zero dosage, Brut Nature, style Champagne, so bone dry in taste. In the cellars the production is completely traditional, wherever possible done by hand. Each bottle is handled by around 10 people during production. 

Critic's Tasting Note:

"Apple, very lightly toasted, still very young, you don't feel the age. Complex, dry, austere, citrus and flint. The very fine bubble dissolves into a serious register, without balsamic or sweetness, firm, solid, vibrant, broad and persistent. A large Champagne for the table."
