Grapes: A blend of 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier  

Producer Tasting Note:

A pale gold colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes such as those of vine peach and white fruit. The palate is full bodied, complex and creamy. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish.

La Cuvee is Laurent Perrier's new signature champagne, replacing the Brut non vintage, so called as it is crafted using the purest grape juice obtained during the gentle first pressing.

"Pale yellow green colour, silver reflections. A hint of grapefruit zest, white peach, floral nuances, inviting, fresh bouquet. Medium body, pleasant fruit sweetness at the core, balanced acidity, lemony and mineral finish, a versatile style."
