Grapes: A blend of estate grown fruit comprising 85% Pinot Noir, 8% Feteasca Neagra, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Other varieties, Carbonic maceration for 25% of the grapes (unoaked), 75% normal fermentation (2 month French oak stave influence)
Producer Tasting Note:
Gorgeous flavours, almost syrupy in its concentration. Dark, rich and potent, with layers of complex black cherry, raspberry and cinnamon. Deep, with pretty fruit cake and spicy aromatics. Lingering aftertaste.
