Producer Tasting Note:

Bright pale yellow in colour, this wine has aromas of tropical fruit, apricots and pears. Lively, fresh acidity complements the wine’s persistent fruitiness and elegant finish.

First planted in 1936, Chateau Los Boldos, is located to the east of Chile's Central Valley in the foothills of the Andes mountains, south of Santiago. The cooling winds from the area produce a wide temperature variation between night and day, giving an extended growing season creating excellent acidity in the grapes planted here. Owned since 2008 by the Portuguese Sogrape group, in 2022, the winery took on Diego Vergara Eneros as the new head winemaker at the estate.

Food Match: Perfect with white and delicate fish, seafood such as scallops and prawns with Thai fried rice. It also pairs well with chicken, turkey, and beef carpaccio, as well as vegetable dishes like salads or vegetable quiches.
