Description

Miraval Cotes de Provence Rose, Côtes de Provence, France, 2025

Grapes: A blend of 40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 20% Rolle, 10% Syrah. The grapes were fermented separately by variety with 95% in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and 5% in oak barrels (with batonnage) and then blended post fermentation. The saignee method is used for the Syrah

Producer Tasting Note:

Elegant pale-pink colour, evoking a rose petal. On the nose, Miraval Rosé shows all its elegance: beautifully fresh, it exudes aromas of fresh fruit, currants and fresh rose with a zest of lemon. The refinement continues in the mouth with a beautiful liveliness and gourmet notes that subtly balance the mineral and saline notes. An irresistible wine that ends with a long finish with lemony notes

Château Miraval is located in the Provence village of Correns, the first 100% organic village in France. All of the crops, including grapes, are grown organically in this wild and picturesque town. Tucked away in its own private valley, the Château is surrounded by ancient woodlands and olive groves. In 2012, owners Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie partnered with the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel fame, who oversee wine production at the estate. Their continued dedication to improving quality in both the vineyards and the cellar, have seen the wines go from strength to strength, with Château Miraval today considered one of the great names of Provence

Food Match: Serve at 12°C. Delicious with grilled lobster, shrimp and scallop skewers, mussels Provençal, smoked salmon bagel, salads, or orange-glazed roast ham.
