Producer Tasting Note:
Elegant pale-pink colour, evoking a rose petal. On the nose, Miraval Rosé shows all its elegance: beautifully fresh, it exudes aromas of fresh fruit, currants and fresh rose with a zest of lemon. The refinement continues in the mouth with a beautiful liveliness and gourmet notes that subtly balance the mineral and saline notes. An irresistible wine that ends with a long finish with lemony notes
Critic's Tasting Note:
"This Miraval is a luminous rosé crafted by the Perrin family—a discreet yet exacting estate that has cultivated a rare devotion to the land for generations.Their signature style? An understated elegance and a precision that seeks not to seduce instantly, but to endure. In this 2025 vintage, the nose reveals aromas of white peach, fresh strawberry, and a hint of delicate citrus zest. Then come subtler, almost whispered notes of dried flowers and tender almond. On the palate, the attack is lively and clean; the wine then expands gracefully without ever becoming heavy.A subtle tension runs through it, like an invisible thread connecting every flavor.Red fruit notes mingle with a discreet, almost saline minerality that evokes the caress of a sea breeze. The finish is long and fresh, leaving a clear, almost meditative impression. This is no mere summer rosé;it is a suspended moment—a delicate conversation between light, earth, and time." Estate: Château Miraval is located in the Provence village of Correns, the first 100% organic village in France. All of the crops, including grapes, are grown organically in this wild and picturesque town. Tucked away in its own private valley, the Château is surrounded by ancient woodlands and olive groves. In 2012, owners Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie partnered with the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel fame, who oversee wine production at the estate. Their continued dedication to improving quality in both the vineyards and the cellar, have seen the wines go from strength to strength, with Château Miraval today considered one of the great names of Provence
Food Match: Serve at 10°C - 12°C. Delicious with grilled lobster, shrimp and scallop skewers, mussels Provençal, smoked salmon bagel, salads, or orange-glazed roast ham
